The third iteration of the EMMIR Consortium has officially commenced with a Consortium Meeting at the University of Oldenburg in Oldenburg, Germany.


In attendance were representatives from the following partner universities of the EMMIR programme:

  • Ahfad University for Women in Omdurman, Sudan

  • Mbarara University of Science & Technology in Mbarara, Uganda

  • University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa

  • University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, Czech Republic

  • Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata in Calcutta, India

  • University of Oldenburg, Germany

  • University of Stavanger, Norway

Additionally, the meeting was attended by the recently elected Edition 10 Student Representatives, Chiamaka Akpuogwu and Fatima Mokdad.


Topics on the agenda included the appointment of the Head of Exam Board, preliminary feedback from E10 students, early preparation for a 2023 Conference, and some minor revisions to the Study and Exam regulations.
